After Hours Pricing
It is 9 PM on a Saturday in August. Your AC just died. The second floor of your Anderson Township split-level is already pushing 80 degrees. Most companies charge a massive premium for after-hours visits. You might see dispatch fees ranging from $150 to $300 just to get a truck in your driveway. We charge a flat $89 diagnostic fee, day or night. That gets a technician to your door to figure out exactly what is broken.
Is It Actually an Emergency?
Sometimes you can wait until morning. If your unit is freezing up and covered in ice, turn it off. We cannot work on a frozen block of ice anyway. It takes hours to thaw. Shut off the AC, turn the fan to ON at the thermostat, and call us. We will come out when the ice is melted.
Watch Your Energy Bills
Keep an eye on your Duke Energy bill. A sudden spike usually means a part is struggling and about to fail. Catching a weak motor on a Tuesday afternoon is always better than dealing with a total breakdown on a Sunday night. Preventive fixes keep your long-term energy costs down.
Our Repair Approach
Once we know the problem, we give you a straight price for the repair. If the blower motor burned out or a contactor failed, we tell you clearly. We operate on a strict Repairs First policy. That means our goal is to fix the unit you have right now. We do not use midnight breakdowns as an excuse to pressure you into a replacement.
