Yes. We hold Ohio HVAC License #5219326, KY HVAC License #HMO6879, and Boiler Contractor License #KY2673, and we carry full insurance. Our technicians are salaried, not commissioned, so the person diagnosing your system earns nothing extra by selling you equipment you don't need.
We do both, but repairs come first. Every HVAC installation and replacement starts with a Manual J load calculation, not a rule of thumb, so the new system is sized to your actual home. If a repair makes more economic sense than replacement, we show you the math in writing and let you decide. Financing is available on new installs.
An instrumented diagnosis, not a visual guess. We measure capacitor microfarads, amp draw against the motor's rating, refrigerant pressures, and combustion carbon monoxide where applicable, then hand you a written condition report. The $89 diagnostic fee is credited toward any repair you approve.
A mechanical contractor is licensed for the full scope of heating, cooling, ventilation, and boiler work, while many HVAC companies stop at furnaces and air conditioners. We are a licensed mechanical contractor, including a Kentucky boiler contractor license (#KY2673), so hydronic, radiant, and steam systems are in scope, not a referral.
