By scheduling a service appointment, using our website, or engaging with Renew Mechanical in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. We may update these Terms periodically; updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Renew Mechanical provides professional HVAC services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to system diagnostics, repair, installation, replacement, and preventive maintenance. Specific services and scope will be detailed in written work orders and estimates provided to you before work begins.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our operations.
Service appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. Written estimates are provided before any work begins. Estimates are non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties via a signed work order.
Cancellations and rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of $100. We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
A standard diagnostic fee of $89 applies to residential service calls and is credited toward any repair approved and completed on the same visit.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance. We accept the following payment methods:
For larger installations or replacements, a deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your written estimate. Financing options through GreenSky and Synchrony may be available for qualifying customers — ask your technician for details.
Unpaid balances are subject to a late payment fee and may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
All content on the Renew Mechanical website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Renew Mechanical and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renew Mechanical disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Workmanship warranties, where offered, will be specified in your written work order or service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renew Mechanical's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Renew Mechanical for the specific services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renew Mechanical and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our services or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Renew Mechanical by email, phone, or text message as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Transactional communications related to scheduled appointments may continue regardless of marketing preferences.
