Renew Mechanical provides professional HVAC services, including but not limited to

the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial

properties. Specific details of the services to be provided will be outlined in a work order, estimate, or service agreement provided to you before work commences.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested for scheduling and service provision.

Ensure our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the property and equipment requiring service at the scheduled time.

Notify us of any known hazards or dangerous conditions on the property.

Secure pets and ensure children are kept at a safe distance from the work area.

Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

Use our Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services or the servers or networks connected to our Services.

4. Appointments, Estimates, and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via phone, email, or through our Site (if applicable).

Estimates: We may provide estimates for Services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are not a guaranteed price unless explicitly stated in a written quote. The final cost may vary depending on unforeseen issues or changes in the scope of work. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change. Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $100. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will attempt to provide you with as much notice as possible.  

Diagnostic Fees/Service Call Fees: A diagnostic fee or service call fee may apply to assess your HVAC system and provide a diagnosis or estimate. This fee may or may not be applied towards the cost of repairs if you choose to proceed with our recommended Services, as specified at the time of booking or in your estimate.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., for larger projects with a payment schedule).We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

For certain projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of the maximum rate permitted by law on the outstanding balance.

You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, if you fail to pay amounts owed.

Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice, though prices for scheduled work confirmed by a written quote will be honored for the duration specified in the quote.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our

Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property

of Renew Mechanical or its suppliers and

protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from

us.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renew Mechanical, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties (including Tech Dad Media), for any losses,

costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with

Renew Mechanical in asserting any available defenses.
